RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS:

Simple + Sleek Boutique gladly accepts unworn, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise with original tags attached purchased online that was shipped to a U.S. address for STORE CREDIT. We have a 30-day return policy from the date your order was shipped. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. You will need proof of your receipt.

Shoeboxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. We will not accept the refund if your shoebox is damaged or the return labels are placed directly on the box.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@simplesleekboutique.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive instructions. Your return date will be considered the date you send the initial return inquiry. You will receive an emailed E-Gift Card once we have received your returned item. 
If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge.
Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must report defective merchandise within 3 days of receiving.

EXCHANGES:
Items are not guaranteed to be in stock, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Recommendations to help track down your package:

  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package.
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.

 

SHIPPING

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.


You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
All orders are processed within 1-4 days. Orders take 2-8 business days from shipment date to be delivered. PLEASE CHECK INSTAGRAM ON SHIPPING DELAYS (IF APPLICABLE).


Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen, we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
